Rows wrong or missing?
Send us the shape of this statement, not its contents. The report below is made in this browser. It keeps where text sits, dates and column headings. Every name, amount, reference and account number is replaced with x and 1, as you can see. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Then email the report to support@statementtocsv.co.uk and say which bank it is from. We’ll add the layout and let you know.

Why it can be free
Most online converters charge per page because they process your file on their servers, and servers cost money for every page. StatementToCSV does the work in your own browser, on your own computer. Converting one more statement costs us nothing, so there is no reason to ration it.
The paid plan, Pro, is for people who handle statements in bulk: bookkeepers and accountants checking a client’s whole year. It adds the whole-year multi-statement check, one combined CSV, files laid out for Xero and QuickBooks, and edited-statement detection. See pricing. During the beta, those features are free for everyone too.

Free, and private
“Free” online tools are sometimes paid for with your data. That isn’t the case here, and you don’t have to take our word for it: the page tells your browser it may only talk to statementtocsv.co.uk, the statement is never sent, and once you have converted one statement you can disconnect from the internet and the converter keeps working. There are no tracking cookies and no advertising. We count page visits with Cloudflare’s cookieless analytics, and that’s all.
Who uses a free converter
People applying for a mortgage or a rental who need to total their income, sole traders getting their year ready for Self Assessment, people moving their records into a budgeting spreadsheet, and anyone whose bank only offers a few months of transactions as a download.
