Prices and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record: it sells the subscription to you, works out any VAT due for your location and shows it at checkout before you pay. Your receipt comes from Dodo Payments.
What happens when the beta ends
Single statements stay free. Before any feature moves behind Pro, we’ll say so on the updates page with notice, and anyone who paid for Pro during the beta keeps it for the period they paid for.

What do I get for free?
Unlimited single-statement conversions to a CSV for Excel, with the full balance check: every row’s running balance, the opening and closing balances, and the statement’s printed summary. No account and no card needed.
What does Pro add?
The whole-year check (many statements at once: missing months, duplicates, overlaps and balance carry-over, with every penny of difference explained), one combined CSV with a source-file column, CSV files laid out for Xero and QuickBooks, and edited-statement detection.
Why is everything free at the moment?
StatementToCSV is in beta. While it is, every feature works for everyone so that people can test it on real statements and tell us what needs fixing. The Pro buttons are there for anyone who wants to support it early.
Who processes the payment?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They take the payment, handle any VAT due, and send your receipt. Your card details go to Dodo Payments, never to us.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the link in your receipt email or by emailing support. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy for the 14-day refund on your first payment.
Do you offer firm or multi-user plans?
Not yet. If you run a practice and want several people on Pro, email support@statementtocsv.co.uk and tell us what you need.
