14-day refund on your first payment

If Pro isn’t right for you, email support@statementtocsv.co.uk within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked, and you don’t need to give a reason.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your Pro subscription whenever you like, using the link in your receipt email or by emailing us. It won’t renew, and you keep Pro until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. Renewal payments after the first are not refunded, except where the law requires it or something went wrong on our side.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Dodo Payments. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Something not working?

If a statement doesn’t convert properly, tell us before you give up on it. Use “Help us support this layout” in the converter to create an anonymised layout report and email it to us. Often we can add support for the layout.
