ANNA is a business account app for small businesses and freelancers. ANNA support is in beta: we haven’t tested a real ANNA statement, and the balance check shows whether yours converted completely.

How to download your ANNA statement as a PDF

  1. Open the ANNA app or web app.
  2. Look for Statements or documents for the account.
  3. Choose the period and PDF format.
  4. Save the PDF to your computer.

ANNA has its own bookkeeping features. If you or your accountant use separate accounting software, converted statements are a way to bring the data across.

Menu names change from time to time and can differ between the app and the website. If you can’t find statements, search for “statements” in the app or online banking help.

What to check on your ANNA statement

Check your statement for a date, a description, money in, money out and a running balance.

Which export to choose

Choose Xero or QuickBooks to match your software, or the CSV for Excel.

Common issues with ANNA statements

Support status: beta

StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some ANNA statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real ANNA statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.

You can help: click Help us support this layout under the result. It creates a report of the statement’s layout in your browser, with every name, amount, reference and account number replaced by x and 1. Email it to support@statementtocsv.co.uk. When ANNA is tested, it will be announced on the updates page.

StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by ANNA. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
