Rows wrong or missing?
Send us the shape of this statement, not its contents. The report below is made in this browser. It keeps where text sits, dates and column headings. Every name, amount, reference and account number is replaced with x and 1, as you can see. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Then email the report to support@statementtocsv.co.uk and say which bank it is from. We’ll add the layout and let you know.

Monzo’s own download, or the PDF statement?
Monzo’s app can also export transactions in other formats, depending on your account and plan. For quick personal analysis that may be all you need. Converting the PDF statement is better when you need the spreadsheet to match an official statement, when someone has sent you Monzo PDFs, or when you want the balance and whole-year checks.

- Separate Pots from spending. If Pot transfers appear on your statement, filter the description for “Pot” and exclude those rows when you total spending.
- One amount column. If you prefer a single signed column, add
=C2-D2to get money in minus money out. - Spending by merchant. Build a pivot table with Description as rows and Paid out as values, sorted largest first.
Support status: beta
StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some Monzo statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real Monzo statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.
StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Monzo. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
