Rows wrong or missing?
Send us the shape of this statement, not its contents. The report below is made in this browser. It keeps where text sits, dates and column headings. Every name, amount, reference and account number is replaced with x and 1, as you can see. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Then email the report to support@statementtocsv.co.uk and say which bank it is from. We’ll add the layout and let you know.

Wise accounts can hold money in many currencies, so check that the statement you convert covers your pound-sterling balance. In the UK, Wise is an electronic money institution rather than a bank, but its statements can be converted the same way. Wise support is in beta: we haven’t tested a real Wise statement yet.
How to download your Wise statement as a PDF
- Log in to Wise on the web or in the app.
- Open the GBP balance (or the balance you need).
- Look for Statements, choose the period and PDF format.
- Download the PDF to your computer.
Make one statement per currency. Wise can also produce statements in other file formats, which may suit you if you can generate them yourself.
Menu names change from time to time and can differ between the app and the website. If you can’t find statements, search for “statements” in the app or online banking help.
What to check on your Wise statement
Check your statement for the currency it covers, the amounts, any fees, and a running balance. If you converted between currencies, check how those conversions appear.
Which export to choose
Choose the CSV for Excel, or Xero / QuickBooks for a Wise Business account in accounting software.
Common issues with Wise statements
- Check the currency. Convert the GBP statement. Other currencies haven’t been tested.
- Fees. Wise fees may be shown separately or included in the amount. Check the balance check passes, which confirms fees were handled.
- Conversions. If currency conversions change the GBP balance, they appear as transactions; label them in your spreadsheet.
Support status: beta
StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some Wise statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real Wise statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.
You can help: click Help us support this layout under the result. It creates a report of the statement’s layout in your browser, with every name, amount, reference and account number replaced by x and 1. Email it to support@statementtocsv.co.uk. When Wise is tested, it will be announced on the updates page.
StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Wise. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
