If you are paid from abroad, or pay suppliers abroad, through Wise, a GBP statement in Excel shows exactly what arrived in pounds and what each payment cost, which is what your accountant needs.

Wise’s own download, or the PDF statement?

Wise can generate statements in spreadsheet-friendly formats itself. If you have access to the account, that may be the easiest route. Convert the PDF when you have been sent Wise PDF statements, or want the balance and whole-year checks.

Working with Wise transactions in Excel

Support status: beta

StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some Wise statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real Wise statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.

StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Wise. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
