Rows wrong or missing?
Send us the shape of this statement, not its contents. The report below is made in this browser. It keeps where text sits, dates and column headings. Every name, amount, reference and account number is replaced with x and 1, as you can see. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Then email the report to support@statementtocsv.co.uk and say which bank it is from. We’ll add the layout and let you know.

With a TSB statement in Excel you can total income and outgoings, track bills over time, or pass clean figures to an accountant.
TSB’s own download, or the PDF statement?
TSB internet banking may offer a download of recent transactions. For anything older, or where the figures must match the statements exactly, convert the PDF statements.

Working with TSB transactions in Excel
- Year totals. Combine twelve statements with “Several statements”, then total each column for the year.
- Highlight the biggest payments. Sort Paid out from largest to smallest to review the biggest payments first.
- Keep a check column. Add a column recalculating the balance so any edit you make later stands out.
- Bills over the year. Combine twelve statements, filter for one supplier such as your energy company, and chart the amounts by date to see how the bill changed through the year.
Support status: beta
StatementToCSV reads statements by their columns, not with a fixed template for each bank, so some TSB statements may already convert. But we haven’t yet tested a real TSB statement, so we don’t claim support. Verified means every extracted row adds up to the balances printed on the statement. If you don’t see Verified, the converter shows you where the balances stopped adding up.
StatementToCSV is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by TSB. The name is used only to describe the statements the converter reads.
